By accessing or using the Relax & Recenter application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The App is operated by Ellen Haines LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Relax & Recenter is a subscription-based audio wellness and mindfulness platform designed for high-performing professionals. The App provides guided meditations, breathing exercises, and mindfulness audio content. All audio content is created by humans.
Relax & Recenter offers two subscription plans billed through Stripe:
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile page within the App. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access until then. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
The App includes an AI-powered audio picker that helps recommend content based on your input. This feature:
All audio content recommended and played through the App is human-created. AI is used solely for recommendation matching and safety classification.
You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration.
You may delete your account and all associated data directly within the App from your Profile page. Upon deletion, your personal data, listening history, favorites, and all other account data will be permanently removed.
The App provides links to crisis resources including the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, Crisis Text Line, and international crisis services. However, Relax & Recenter is not a crisis intervention service. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please call emergency services (911) or contact a crisis hotline immediately.
All content within the App — including audio recordings, text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Ellen Haines LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ellen Haines LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms in the App. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of the operator's jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
